Welcome to Hizura. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hizura platform available at hizura.com ("Service"), operated by Hizura ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Hizura is an AI-powered web research and structured data extraction platform. Users submit natural language queries, and the Service automatically discovers entities (companies, people, organizations, etc.) from publicly available internet sources and extracts structured information into tabular format.
To use Hizura, you must create an account via Google OAuth authentication. By registering, you represent that:
Hizura offers the following subscription plans: Individual, Starter, Growth, and Enterprise. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation that is consumed when queries are processed by our AI systems. Credit usage is tracked per request. When your credit balance is depleted, you may top up at your plan's per-credit rate or upgrade to a higher plan.
Each plan also includes a per-run entity limit that determines how many entities can be researched in a single search. Higher-tier plans allow more entities per run.
We reserve the right to modify plan features, credit allocations, and pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
All subscription payments and credit top-ups are non-refundable once credits have been used. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to unused credits until the end of your current billing period.
If you experience a technical issue that results in incorrect credit consumption (e.g., a failed search that still deducted credits), you may contact us at founders@hizura.com within 14 days of the incident. We will review the case and, at our discretion, issue a credit adjustment or refund.
Refund requests for unused subscriptions (where no credits have been consumed) may be considered on a case-by-case basis if submitted within 7 days of purchase.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.
Our IP: The Service, including its software, algorithms, design, and branding, is owned by Hizura and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
Your Data: You retain ownership of the queries you submit and the structured data outputs generated for you. However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your queries for the purpose of providing the Service.
Third-Party Content: Data extracted by the Service originates from publicly available third-party sources. We do not claim ownership of this data, and you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of extracted data complies with applicable laws, third-party terms of service, and intellectual property rights.

Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors. You should independently verify any data obtained through the Service before relying on it for business or legal decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hizura and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Hizura in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hizura, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
